End User License Agreement - Design Files

By installing any Single Line Fonts©™ design(s) on a computer that you or your company owns, you are agreeing that said design(s) are the exclusive property of Single Line Fonts©™ and you or your company have a license of that property under the following terms and conditions:

Types of Licenses; Number of Machines

Both desktop and commercial licenses are included for our SVG (and other formats) design files under one purchase price. This does not apply to fonts.  Please see this page for our font license terms. 

Desktop License

You can install the design(s) on up to two computers each, using up to two output devices such as printers, plotters, engravers, vinyl cutters, etc.  If you want to obtain a license for more than two computers or two output devices, you must purchase a commercial license.  This type of license has the same terms as a standard license but with a higher number of allowed computers and devices.  You may not alter this design or share it in any way.

Commercial License

You can install the design(s) on up to five computers each, using up to five output devices such as printers, plotters, engravers, vinyl cutters, etc.  You may use this in creating items to sell such as cards, wedding invitations and other custom paper goods, and jewelry.  You may not sell this design or offer it as a digital download.  You may not alter this design in any way.  You may not use this in creating custom logos and graphics without obtaining a separate license for your client.    You may not upload this design file to “Print on Demand” sites such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Café’ Press, etc. 

Support and Upgrades

We thoroughly test each Single Line Fonts©™ design before release, but if yours does not work as it should please get in touch at info@singlelinefonts.com so that we can so that we can replace it with a satisfactory copy.  Please include your order information with these requests.

Prohibitions

You do not have permission to share, modify, or use Single Line Fonts©™ fonts in any way other than outlined above.

Legal responsibility

Single Line Fonts©™ makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise.  Single Line Fonts©™ shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information arising from the use or inability to use Single Line Fonts©™ designs.
